What I collect
When you book a free statement review, I collect the information you choose to share through the booking form: your name, business name, email address, and who you process with today. Processing statements are never uploaded through the website. If you’d like the deepest version of the review, you may optionally share a recent statement by email after booking — and you’re welcome to black out account numbers first.
How I use it
Your information is used only to prepare for and conduct your review — understanding your setup, reading any statement you choose to email in, and having a useful conversation with you on the call. Nothing more.
Who sees it
Only me. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. If a review leads to you choosing to move to a new processor, only the details needed to set up that account are shared with the provider you select, and only with your explicit go-ahead.
Deleting your information
You can ask me to delete your information at any time. Email sarah@keptpayments.com with the subject “Delete my information” and I will remove your records, including any statement you emailed in, within a reasonable time.
